See Lisbon over 48 hours by two sightseeing buses and a historic tram, with Belém, Alfama, public trams, audio guides, and museum discounts.

“Exchanged the voucher at the bus kiosk outside the arrivals hall in the airport and hopped on the Aerobus. The tram and bus tours are all great - We had the ticket for 48 hours, unfortunately the boat tour didn't begin operating until the day after our ticket expired - read all the times & details carefully!! I recommend the Lisbon 4-in-1 and I would buy again if returning to the city as there is so much to see.”

“This confirmed my past experiences with Hop On Hop Off- it’s a great concept, but in practice it doesn’t deliver. Too much time wasted is waiting for the next ride. If you stay on the loop without getting off you can get an overview of the city- but if you get off be prepared to wait- depending on traffic, amount of passengers etc. I think it’s far better to take public transportation, train, buses or uber/taxis. I paid over $50 for one stop on the HOHO and ended up taking a taxi back. Lesson learned. Never again.”

Explore Lisbon by open-top bus, vintage tram, and three routes covering Belém, Alfama, Baixa, and modern Parque das Nações.

“We enjoyed the tram ride, but the hop on hop off bus experience was disappointing. Traffic for the bus route was so heavy that much of our time was spent waiting for traffic to clear rather than seeing sights. Additionally, the audio guide on the bus was skipping a lot such that we would miss much of the audio presentation. As mentioned, the tram ride was very enjoyable and the tram driver was especially informative and fun.”

Ride Lisbon’s iconic Tram 28 with a 24-hour transit pass, funiculars, Santa Justa access, and an audio guide, but expect long lines.

“Poor value for money. Trams are a gimmick, huge queues, better to walk & just see them from the outside. Audio tour not worth it. Little else in the package adds value as better just to do 1 or 2 funiculars solo.”
