Carolina involves everyone with assistance of photos, giving history of the area, and keeps guests involved. She remembered it was someone’s birthday in our party and cheers to her at the wine pasting event. Thoughtful! If warm enough, wear a suit and bring towel. Some short hiking to the caves, wear comfortable shoes. It’s a long day. SO worth it.”
